The project LIFE + on the Sardinian deer is called ‘’Conservation of Red Deer Cervus elaphus corsicanus in Sardinia and Corse-One deer two islands’’ , foresees a series of activities aimed at increasing ecosystem diffusion of the species in the territory of Sardinia and Corsica, through reintroduction and restocking operations, the develop of ecological corridors for the dispersal of individuals (on agricultural and forest areas) and the rise of genetic variability in populations originated from few subjects.
