Daniel was 3 years old when he started making bread. He got a job in a bakery as soon as he could. When he was 24, he became fed up with the “bakery’s gulag”, making baguettes all day long. So he went back to school and learned a new job… until he decided to go back to his first passion. After he turned 30, Daniel reinvented his work. As a result, he works only 2 days a week! And during his spare time, he enjoys his other passions: gardening, playing music, and much more!
